Project experience

Nahariya railway station

Nahariya railway station

A review of alternatives for developing Nahariya railway station, based on a demand forecast for 2040. PGL’s work included a simulation of passenger movement at peak hours, an analysis of congestion, and an assessment of levels of service at the entrances, inspection and validation areas, on escalators and elevators, and in the passages to the platforms, in order to evaluate how the station will function and how it will meet future demand.

Hadera–Netanya mass transit

Hadera–Netanya mass transit

A strategic plan for Netivei Ayalon, providing a transport response for the developing Hadera–Netanya corridor. The work included an analysis of the existing situation, a review of alternatives and an assessment of transport and economic feasibility, together with a recommendation for a mass-transit system to improve connectivity and reduce traffic congestion along the corridor.
