Project experience

Tiltan

Tiltan

Tiltan was developed by PGL for the Ministry of Transport, through the Public Transport Development Authority and Netivei Ayalon. The system brings together transport data from many sources, improves and standardizes the data, and provides tools for spatial and quantitative analysis and for insights that support transportation planning. It also makes information available to the public and to professional bodies, keeps historical data, and manages user permissions.

GIS project prioritization model

GIS project prioritization model

A system for prioritizing projects through multi-criteria analysis (MCA), combining data from Netivei Israel’s “Manifa” project-management system with geographic information layers (GIS). The system cross-references information, normalizes the data and applies weights in order to produce a uniform, transparent ranking of the projects. The interface includes a geographic view and dashboards for reviewing the results, and makes it possible to follow each part of the ranking — from the source data through to the final score.
